Pick up your rental car and from here, travel inland to the UNESCO-listed town of Gjirokaster, known for its well-preserved Ottoman architecture. Today is yours to discover the vibrant capital or take an optional excursion. You may choose to delve into Tirana’s dynamic energy—explore Skanderbeg Square, the colorful Pazari i Ri (New Bazaar), or the fascinating Bunk’Art museums.
Alternatively, we highly recommend a trip to Kruja, the legendary mountain fortress of Albania's national hero, Skanderbeg. Browse the authentic Old Bazaar for traditional crafts, visit the formidable Kruja Castle, and tour the excellent Skanderbeg Museum.
In the evening, perhaps enjoy a farewell dinner with your travel companions at the lively Tirana Castle complex, filled with excellent restaurants and cafes.

The adventure begins with a stop in the historic coastal town of Ulcinj, where you'll have two hours of free time to explore its ancient Stari Grad (Old Town). Wander through centuries-old streets, visit the fortress with its dramatic sea views, and perhaps stroll along the famous Long Beach.

Afterwards, you'll continue along the stunning Adriatic coastline, crossing into Montenegro. The drive offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains before arriving at the breathtaking Bay of Kotor—a UNESCO World Heritage site.

You'll be dropped off at your accommodation in Kotor with the evening free to lose yourself in its magical, medieval Old Town. Meander through its labyrinthine lanes, discover charming squares, and admire the Venetian architecture—the perfect introduction to Montenegro.
